  • We'll meet for our potent, transformational coaching hour. Come ready to receive and work with what's alive. I recommend giving yourself extra time before and after our call to settle and integrate.

  • For the week following our session, we can stay connected via email. You'll check in and let me know what's moving from our time together and if needed, we will tie up any loose ends that arise.

  • This is the kind of experience that will keep on giving over time. The medicine will stay with you and continue to work on you over the next season of your journey with this particular spot.
