I teach women how to root so deeply into themselves that NOTHING can come between you and your soul.
Selfish is my foundational body of work. This is the medicine I forged in the fire of my own process. I wanted to be unfuckwithable. But also to honor the bigness of my heart.
I've taken many women through the Selfish initiation. I believe it's every woman's birthright to live for herself, create from soul-truth, and be the epicenter of her world...
Without losing the depth of love that's meant for you.
In order to do that, you must become Selfish. This is the transformational, timeline shifting upgrade of devoting to the deepest sense of who you are... and letting that raise every standard around you.
Selfish is designed to be the foundational education in your power that every woman deserves, and so few received.
MY STORY:
I spent my life feeling confused about where other people ended and I began.
I felt everything and everyone so deeply. I didn’t know how to hold my own. Or how to hold standard for myself. As a result, as a child I was sick and filled with anxiety. As a teenager, I developed impenetrable armor and a “fuck you” attitude, mastering the art of self-protection. I was still sick and anxious, but at least it kept people out most of the time.
But in intimate relationships, I was suffering. Over-functioning, anxious, and having my heart broken often. It followed me into adulthood, and the pain of living this way finally caught up to me.
My rock bottom was an abusive relationship in college. When he followed me home and called me 50 times, I caved and picked up on the 51st. That moment was an awakening. I saw myself.
I saw how it wasn’t my fault.
But it was my responsibility.
How had I participated in this? How had I missed the red flags and chosen this? How was I a match to this?
I understood, with a shocking sobriety, that my life depended on me figuring out how to never let this happen again.
This was an extreme example. I needed it to be that loud for me to wake up. But the truth was, this pattern of not listening to myself, of having low standards, of taking shit was all over my life in big and small ways. And I was done.
I made transforming this pattern my life’s work. Made boundaries my gigantic art project. Meticulously worked with every location within me that was available for a dynamic like this. I grieved. I raged. I healed.
Honestly, that’s where most people stop. And that’s powerful enough. Right?
But I didn't want to settle for healed. I wanted to be free. To become unafraid.
This calling sent me on a journey of massive self-discovery, Feminine initiation, and developing the kind of mastery within me that most people don’t even know exists.
I remember believing as a teenager that I didn’t matter. That I was just a character in someone else’s story. I know now that I’m not only the main character… but the whole fucking universe.
This energetic of self-abandonment, of self-neglect, of looking outside yourself exists everywhere. It’s the water you swim in. The experience you accept.
Every time you say yes when your body is telling you no. Every time you decide that being “good” is more important than being whole. Every time you agree because it’s easier than sitting in the fire of the consequences of your own truth.
The reality is: there is no way to be in an authentic relationship with your own power when that is the way you move through the world. You can do therapy, and healing work, and embodiment practices, and all of it. But as long as you are not deeply and METICULOUSLY choosing yourself, moment after moment, and letting that change you:
Your foundation is leaky. The soil is not fertile. Your wheels are turning with no traction.
Selfish is where you get traction. We interrupt these patterns, and reorient how you think about who you are in the mirror, with others, and in the world.
