I'm a Transformational Coach and Facilitator who teaches women how to root so deeply into themselves that NOTHING can come between them and their soul.
I'm an alchemist at heart. I weave shit into gold. And I teach you how to do the same.
Everything I teach I forged in the fire of my own practice. I've studied under some of the best teachers of the Feminine path. Now I teach from that very map.

All of my work is devoted to one thing: bringing women back into relationship with the deeper truth, wisdom, and power inside of themselves.
We live in a world that teaches women to negotiate with that truth. To doubt it. To override it. To make themselves smaller, more palatable, more “reasonable” in order to stay loved, chosen, or approved of.

The Inner Compass is a monthly space for women who want this kind of clarity, remembrance, and practice woven into every corner of their lives.
Inside, we gather for live group coaching, weekly inquiry, and ongoing reflection around the things life is actively teaching you — in your relationships, desires, fears, standards, decisions, and becoming.
This is not a rigid course or a place to passively consume content. This is not therapy, or a support circle, or mental masturbation.
This is a powerful room for cellular growth around truth, self-trust, and deeper internal orientation in real time, with your real life as the curriculum.

The questions before you begin...
When are the calls?
The monthly call is the 2nd Friday of each month from 2PM-3:30PM EST. If you can't make it live, replays will always be available in the archive.
What if I can't attend live?
It's always AMAZING when I get to see you and work with you live, but call recordings are always available in the archive after the fact. You can catch up and receive sooo much even if all you ever did was watch replays and write in the field.
How do I access everything?
When you sign up, you'll be given an invitation to the Hailey Marino Student Portal (students.haileymarino.com) via email. From there you are given access to the entire course library and the digital writing space.
Why the 3-month commitment?
Relationships take time and The Inner Compass isn't designed to be consumed. It's designed to become a part of the rhythm of your life and your practice with yourself. After three months, stay as long as you'd like. That's the minimum, but most women will stay longer.
How do I know The Inner Compass is for me?
You probably already do.
