Get ready to walk through the dark, intimate corners of your heart and soul, reuniting with the most ancient and alive thing within you, so you can live fully authentically and free of what holds you back.
This is a journey of Feminine spirituality and embodied alchemy. We do not over-focus on the mind, or set traditional "goals," or work enormously with the storylines of past. This is likely very different than any type of holding, healing, or coaching you've received before.
This is a high-level, energetic-surgery style journey that has the capacity to transform you at the most foundational level. Our work together will be talk focused, but highly energetic and somatic. We follow the thread of energetic vibrancy within you to its core, and allow the process to unfurl the most true, present spot ready to transform, grow, and heal. We go into its epicenter, with devotional truth, presence, and love and serve it medicine for your soul.
You will feel. You will thaw, and cry, and reunite with parts of you that you've neglected, forgotten, or left behind.
You will remember who you are underneath the stories you've been telling yourself, and the places you've been stuck.
And, most importantly: You will become your own muse, your own spiritual teacher, and the master of your inner world, so you can turn your pain into medicine, expand your love into devotion, and live fully open to life. Life and love becomes your spiritual practice, so you can have an unconditional relationship with the universe, your own heart, and the place they love to dance together.
I call 1:1 coaching a slow cooker because it is gentle, yet potent. We travel with enormous amounts of care and reverence for every part of you. Every protection, every fear, every doubt is respected and we use precision, never force. We will magically go both as slow as the slowest part within you, and as high as the potential of your soul.

Hi, I'm Hailey
I’m a coach, facilitator, and guide for women who are ready to stop negotiating with the deepest Truth within and start living from the bigger thing calling them.
Since 2018, I’ve been walking women back home to themselves through 1:1 coaching, transformational facilitation, and potent alchemical containers where your body can remember what your mind has forgotten.
Here we do not do surface level fixes or mental bypasses. We do high level precision, devotion, and the kind of deep embodied rewiring that transforms you at your core.

How do I know if 1:1 is right for me?
The most important piece to make sure that this is a fit is that you feel the desire,or voice of guidance from within!

Am I ready? Is there a prerequisite for 1:1 Coaching?
Whether you are brand new to this kind of thing, or a seasoned teacher yourself, the only prerequisite is that you feel the deep call of "yes" (or maybe "what if?") from within.
It may be a pull you don't fully understand, and that's okay. This is a big journey and working together in this capacity can be a turning point in your life. That little nudge from within is guiding you, and WE LOVE THAT!
How long do we work together for?
1:1 Coaching starts at six months, but most people following the natural arc of their process stay for about a year. Everyone is different, and we'll curate our coaching container to fit exactly what is right for you and your process.
